TRANSPORTATION/PUBLIC WORKS--Traffic Advisory, Bedford Bypass Delay

Motorists are advised of traffic delays today, Oct. 10, on the Bedford Bypass, in Halifax Regional Municipality, due to an overturned gravel truck.

Highway crews, environmental inspectors and the RCMP are on site. Traffic may be closed in both directions for a while during the cleanup, otherwise attempts will be made to keep one lane open.

Motorists are asked to slow down and observe all safety directions.
