Tenders are being called for road work in Colchester and Cumberland counties and Halifax Regional Municipality.

The tender in Colchester County is for cold planing and repaving of one section of Route 289 from the railway crossing at Brookfield, easterly about 6.4 kilometres.

This tender closes on July 5. The work is expected to be completed by Oct. 31.

The other tender in Colchester County is for pulverization, gravelling and seal coating of two sections:

Section 1: Stewiacke River Park Road, from Alton Road to the Stewiacke River Park gate, about 2.7 kilometres.

Section 2: Marney Road, from Irwin Lake Road to the end of the road, about 2.4 kilometres.

This tender closes on July 4. The work is expected to be completed by Aug. 31.

The tender in Cumberland County is for gravelling and repaving of one section of Route 204 from a point 12.3 kilometres west of Route 301, westerly about 8.3 kilometres.

This tender closes on July 5. The work is expected to be completed by Oct. 31.

The tender in Halifax Regional Municipality is for repaving of one section of Highway 107 from Exit 21 at East Chezzetcook, easterly to Trunk 7 at Musquodoboit Harbour, about 7.2 kilometres.
