NEW WORK
GUYSBOROUGH COUNTY: Trunk 16
Trunk 16 from Half Island Cove Road towards Canso will have lane closures on both north and southbound lanes from May 6 until Aug. 31. One lane will be kept open at all times for grading, pulverization and asphalt paving. Traffic control will consist of traffic control persons and pilot vehicle. Expect delays of 15 to 20 minutes. Work takes place from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m.

VICTORIA COUNTY: Englishtown Ferry
The Englishtown Ferry will be out of service until May 6. An alternate route is available on the Cabot Trail.

CONTINUING WORK
ANTIGONISH COUNTY: Trans-Canada Highway 104/Route 316
The intersection of Trans-Canada Highway 104 and Route 316, Lower South River, will have occasional one-lane closures for subgrading, gravelling and paving until June 15. Traffic control consist of traffic control persons. Work takes place from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m.

HALIFAX REGIONAL MUNICIPALITY: Highway 102 Northbound, Cobequid and Lakeview Road
Work will consist of concrete deck repairs and shoulder work on the Lakeview Road overpass, Lakeview railroad overpass, Cobequid Road overpass and Waverley Road railroad overpass. Work is expected to be completed on Sept. 30 and takes place from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

HANTS COUNTY: Highway 101
Highway 101 at Mount Uniacke will have traffic stopped in both directions for brief periods to allow for blasting. Blasting will occur until May 31. Work takes place from noon to 3 p.m.

REGION OF QUEEN'S MUNICIPALITY: Highway 103
Crews will be doing road work until May 31 on one lane of Highway 103 from the Shelburne County line to St. Catherine's River Road, a distance of 6.6 kilometres.
The work will consist of ditching and shoulder work, milling and asphalt repaving.
The work will take place from dawn to dusk. A one-lane closure will be in effect.

VICTORIA COUNTY: Seal Island Bridge Phase II, Baddeck
Seal Island Bridge will have a one-lane closure for deck replacement until Oct 15. Traffic control consist of signals. Work will take place 24 hours a day.
