The tender in Halifax Regional Municipality and Hants County is for steel bin wall rehabilitation.

Section 1: Magazine Hill bin wall, Bedford Bypass (Halifax Regional Municipality) at the Bedford Interchange

Section 2: Highway River bin wall, Hantsport Connector (Hants County) on interchange Highway 101

This tender closes on April 25. The work is expected to be completed by June 30.

The tender in Pictou County is for eight sections. The work consists of bridge deck rehabilitation, joint replacement, cold planing, pulverization, rac paving and asphalt concrete repaving.

Section 1: Trans-Canada Highway 104 westbound lanes, from the end of twinning east of Exit 25 to the Trans-Canada Highway 106 overpass, including ramps at exits 23, 24 and 25, about 9.4 kilometres

Section 2: Trans-Canada Highway 104 westbound lanes, East River Road overpass structure

Section 3: Trans-Canada Highway 104 westbound lanes, East River bridge

Section 4: Trans-Canada Highway 104 westbound lanes, New Glasgow railroad overpass structure

Section 5: Trans-Canada Highway 104 westbound lands, Foord Street overpass structure

Section 6: Trans-Canada Highway 104 westbound lanes, Westville Road overpass structure

Section 7: Trans-Canada Highway 104 westbound lanes, Pictou connector underpass structure

Section 8: River Road from end of pavement to Springvale Road, about 5.1 kilometres

This tender closes on April 26. The work is expected to be completed by Aug. 31.
