PREMIER'S OFFICE--Sorrow at Loss of Father Andy Hogan

Deputy Premier Ron Russell today expressed sorrow on the death of former member of parliament, Father Andy Hogan.

"Throughout his life, Father Andy was committed to social justice and fairness to all," said Mr. Russell. "From his time in the House of Commons to his many years as a parish priest, he was always there to serve the people in the best way possible."

Mr. Russell conveyed deepest sympathies to Father Andy's family and friends.

"On behalf of all Nova Scotians, I would like to extend my condolences to Father Andy Hogan's family and friends at this sad time," concluded Mr. Russell.
