Trans-Canada to Close at Border

Extreme white-out conditions and slippery highways will result in the closure of the Trans-Canada Highway (Hwy. 104) at the Nova Scotia/New Brunswick border, effective 4 p.m., today, Feb. 11.
RCMP report a high number of vehicles off the road between the Springhill connector at Exit 5 and the border, including a tractor-trailer that has jackknifed.
