COLCHESTER COUNTY: BIBLE HILL

The Trans-Canada Highway 104, northbound on the Cobequid Pass, will have a one-lane closure for slope repairs at the Great Village River Bridge until Nov. 15. Work takes place from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

COLCHESTER COUNTY: Bible Hill

Valley Dale Road will have partial closures of up to 30 minutes to erect girders on the New Valley Bridge until Nov 30. There will be traffic control. Work takes place from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

HALIFAX COUNTY: Highway 102 to Highway 101

Exit ramp 4B from Highway 102 to Highway 101 and exit ramp 1K from Highway 101 to Lower Sackville will both have one-lane closures for ramp realignment until Nov. 15. Traffic control will consist of traffic lights. The Glendale/Duke Street Exit of Highway 102 can be used as an alternative route. Work takes place from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.

HANTS COUNTY: Highway 101

Highway 101 at Mount Uniacke will have traffic stopped in both directions for brief periods in order to allow blasting to take place. Blasting will occur until April 2002. Work takes place from 6 a.m to 7 p.m.

HANTS COUNTY: Windsor

Parker Bridge on Woodville Road will be closed for bridge repairs until until Nov. 16. Detour on McKay Road, Clayton McKay and Ashdale Road. Work takes place for 24 hrs per day.

INVERNESS COUNTY: Port Hawkesbury

Trunk 19 from Campbell Road, northerly about 3.6 kilometres, will have a one-lane closure for pulverization, widening, gravelling and asphalt paving until Nov. 16. Traffic control consists of flag persons and a pilot vehicle. Work takes place from 6:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.

KINGS COUNTY: New Minas

Highway 101 from Exit 9 at Avonport westerly to Exit 11 Greenwich will have a full lane closure for shoulder until Nov. 13. Traffic can detour on Highway 1. Traffic control consist of flag persons. Works takes place from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.

PICTOU COUNTY: MacLellan's Brook

Eureka Bridge on East River West Side Road will be closed until Nov. 17 for bridge repairs. Motorists are advised to use alternative routes. The bridge is closed 24 hours a day.

PICTOU COUNTY: Route 374

Route 374, the Stellarton/Trafalgar Road, from the railway crossing in Hopewell, southerly to Lorne Station Road and Cameron Bridge, will have a one-lane closure for cold planing, gravelling, asphalt concrete paving and bridge replacement until Nov. 16. Traffic control consists of flag persons and signs. Work takes place 24 hours a day.

VICTORIA COUNTY: Seal Island Bridge, Baddeck

One lane will remain open on the Seal Island Bridge, also known as the Great Bras d'Or Bridge, while crews conduct deck replacement work. The work will take place until Nov. 16. Traffic control will consist of traffic lights.
