N.S. GAMING CORP.--Province and Gaming Corp. Appeal Fiske Decision

The government of Nova Scotia and the Nova Scotia Gaming Corporation are appealing the decision of the constructive dismissal action launched by Ralph Fiske, the former chair of the Gaming Corporation.

The government and the Gaming Corporation believe there are important legal arguments for the Court of Appeal to review. The documents were filed with the court today.
