Traffic Advisory: Highway 101 Detour

Highway crews are detouring traffic on Highway 101 between Mount Uniacke and St. Croix. That stretch of road will be closed for a few hours so crews can clear rocks and other debris that landed on the highway as a result of blasting.

Westbound motorists are being directed onto Trunk 1 at the Mount Uniacke exchange, at Exit 3. Eastbound motorists are being directed to Trunk 1 at the St. Croix exchange, at Exit 4.

Highway 101 should re-open sometime early this afternoon. Motorists are advised to drive slowly and follow directions.
