Cease Trade Order

The Nova Scotia Securities Commission has issued a temporary cease trade order for the securities of ITI Education Corporation.

The temporary order follows ITI's failure to file interim financial statements before the end of August 2001 as required by law for the financial reporting period that ended June 30.

A hearing to determine whether the order should continue has been scheduled for Sept. 19 in Halifax.

The commission is the investor protection agency for Nova Scotia.
