Tenders Being Called in Two Counties

Tenders are being called Wednesday, July 25, for road work in Queens and Victoria counties.

The Queens County project will consist of one section of asphalt concrete repaving at Route 208, from Lunenburg/Queens County line westerly approximately six kilometres.

This tender closes on Aug. 10. The work is expected to be completed by Oct. 31.

The Victoria County project will consist of one section of deck replacement and structural steel work on Highway 105 at the Great Bras d'Or Bridge. The bridge will have deck replacement of the first approach span on the western end, approximately 76 metres.

This tender closes on Aug. 9. The work is expected to be completed by Nov. 30.
