TRANSPORTATION/PUBLIC WORKS--Tenders in Cumberland, Inverness Counties

Tenders are being called on Wednesday, July 4, for road work in Cumberland and Inverness counties.

Cumberland County

Section 1 -- Trans-Canada Highway 104 (eastbound lanes), from Thomson Station easterly to Exit 8, approximately 12 km. Project consists of micro-surfacing.

This tender closes July 19. Work is expected to be completed by Aug. 31.

Inverness County

Section 1 -- Company Road, Port Hood, from Dunmore Road to Trunk 19, approximately 0.9 km. Project consists of gravelling and asphalt paving.

This tender closes July 19. Work is expected to be completed by Aug. 31.

Section 1 -- Trunk 19, from Campbells Road northerly approximately 4.0 kilometres. Project consists of pulverization, widening, gravelling, asphalt concrete repaving and bridge rehabilitation.

This tender closes July 19. Work is expected to be completed by Oct. 31.
