TRANSPORTATION/PUBLIC WORKS–-Last Weight Restrictions to Be Lifted Monday

The Minister of Transportation and Public Works is advising the travelling public that spring weight restrictions will be removed from roads in the counties of Cumberland, Colchester, Pictou, Antigonish, Guysborough, Richmond, Inverness, Victoria and Cape Breton at 12:01 a.m. on Monday, May 7.

This removes spring weight restrictions from all Nova Scotia’s highways. Restrictions on roads in other counties were removed in April.
