Tenders Called for Three Counties

Tenders are being called Wednesday, March 7, for construction in Cumberland, Colchester and Hants counties.

The work in Cumberland County will consist of cold planing, narrowing (pulverization) of paved shoulders, and asphalt concrete repaving.

Section 1 -- TCH 104, eastbound lanes from Albion Street underpass (Exit 4) to Fenwick Road, approximately 8.1 km.

This tender closes Wednesday, March 30. The work is expected to be completed by Aug. 31.

The work in Colchester County will consist of pulverization, gravelling and asphalt concrete repaving.

Section 1 -- Route 311, from end of the 1994 repaving, northerly to the Kemptown road, approximately 9.0 km.

This tender closes on March 29. The work is expected to be completed by Aug. 31.

The work in Hants County consists of pulverization, gravelling and asphalt concrete repaving.

Section 1 -- Georgefield Road, from Route 236 at Lattie’s Brook southerly to the East Hants landfill, approximately 8.8 km.

This tender closes on March 30. The work is expected to be completed by Aug. 31.
