NEW WORK

VICTORIA COUNTY: Victoria Seal Island Bridge Reduced

The Trans-Canada Highway 105 Seal Island Bridge will be reduced to one lane of traffic while consulting engineers do testing on the bridge. Work will take place from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. with 15- minute delays. The work begins on Monday, March 5 and is expected to be completed by Friday, March 9.

VICTORIA COUNTY: Church Cross Bridge Closed

The Church Cross Bridge, located one-half kilometre from the crossroad between West Side Middle Road and the Cabot Trail, is closed due to structural damage. A detour is available about two kilometres up river from the Church Cross Bridge.

CONTINUING WORK

HANTS COUNTY: Mantua Bridge Closed

Mantua Bridge in Hants County will be closed until about June 15, in order to replace the bridge. The detour route is available via Trunk 14 through Brooklyn to Route 215, then to Lawrence Road. The detour is marked.

PICTOU COUNTY: Harvey Venoit Causeway

The Harvey Venoit Causeway in Pictou County will be closed intermittently from 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. for removal of sluice controls. The work is expected to be completed by March 7.
