Tenders are being called Wednesday, Feb. 14, for construction and paving in Halifax, Richmond and Kings Counties.

The work in Halifax County will consist of cold planing and asphalt concrete repaving.

Section 1 - Highway 102, from Highway 103 Interchange northerly to Kearney Lake (Exit 2) Interchange, approximately 6.0 km.

Section 2 - Highway 102, from Kearney Lake (Exit 2) Interchange northerly to Hammonds Plains (Exit 3) Interchange, approximately 5.0 km.

Section 3 - Highway 102, Kearney Lake Road Overpass.

This tender closes Thursday, March 8.

The work in Kings County will consist of asphalt concrete repaving.

Section 1 - Highway 101, from Hants/Kings County line westerly, approximately 4.8 km.

This tender closes on Thursday, March 8.

The work in Richmond County will consist of cold planing and asphalt concrete repaving.

Section 1 Highway 104, from Lower River Road (Exit 44) easterly, approximately 6.9 km.

Section 2 Highway 104, from approximately 1.5 km east of Route 320 easterly, approximately 2.7 km.

This tender closes on Friday, March 9.

Work on these tenders is expected to be completed by Aug. 31.
