Valley Composter Charged

Robie Carty, owner of Twin Mountain Composting, has been charged with violating a ministerial order pursuant to the Environment Act.

The charge stems from activity regarding his operation of a compost facility in Waterville, Kings Co. The maximum fine is $1 million.
