Road Tenders Called in Two Counties

Tenders are being called Wednesday, Aug. 16, for road projects in Queens and Yarmouth counties.

In Queens County, a tender is being called for cold planing and asphalt concrete repaving on Highway 103, from Lunenburg/Queens county line westerly to Route 331 at exit 17, about 5.9 kilometres. The tender closes Thursday, Aug. 31, and work is expected to be completed by Tuesday, Oct. 31.

In Yarmouth County, a tender is being called for asphalt concrete repaving on Argyle Head Road, from Trunk 3 at Argyle northerly to end of pavement, about four kilometres. The tender closes Thursday, Aug. 31, and work is expected to be completed by Tuesday, Oct. 31.
