COLCHESTER COUNTY: Route 224 Route 224, from Route 336 to the Moose River/Mooseland Road, is reduced to one lane for ditching, culverts, asphalt patching and repaving. Work takes place from 6:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. until completion on Tuesday, Oct. 31.

COLCHESTER COUNTY: Route 224 Route 224, from the Moose River/Mooseland Road to the Musquodoboit Valley High School, is reduced to one lane for ditching, culverts, asphalt patching and repaving. Work will take place from 6:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. until completion on Tuesday, Oct. 31.

COLCHESTER COUNTY: Highway 104 Highway 104 Railroad Overpass eastbound, starting at 1.5 km east of the 102/104 interchange, is reduced to alternating lane closures for repairs. The work takes place from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily until completion on Thursday, Aug. 31. Motorists are advised to use caution and expect delays during the construction project.

COLCHESTER COUNTY: Highway 104 The Trans Canada Highway 104, westbound, will be reduced to one lane for microsealing from one kilometre east of exit 17 westerly to the Debert interchange. The work takes place from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. until completion on Tuesday, Aug. 15.

COLCHESTER COUNTY: Mohns Overhead Crossing The Mohns Overhead Crossing, about 7.4 kilometres from the Cumberland County line on Trunk 4 has alternating lane closures for bridge repairs. Work takes place from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. until completion on Thursday, Aug. 31.

GUYSBOROUGH COUNTY: TCH 104/Canso Causeway The Trans Canada Highway 104 at the Canso Causeway has a temporary two lane detour to replace a culvert in Barry's River. The work is expected to be completed on Tuesday, Aug. 14. Motorists are advised to use caution and expect delays during the construction project.

HALIFAX COUNTY: Brookside Road/Route 333 Crews will be constructing a left turning lane for Brookside Road and widening on Route 333. Work takes place from 6:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. until Thursday, Aug. 31. Traffic control persons will be on-site. Motorists are advised to use caution and expect delays during the construction project.

HALIFAX COUNTY: Trunk 2 Trunk 2, from Sunnylea Road North to Highway 102 overpass at Enfield, has lane closures for cold planing and asphalt concrete repaving. The work takes place from 6:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. until completion on Thursday, Aug. 31. Motorists are advised to use caution and expect delays during the construction project.

HALIFAX COUNTY: Highway 101 Highway 101 between Bedford and the Beaverbank Interchange is reduced to one lane to remove existing jersey barrier and replace with new jersey barrier. Work takes places from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. until completion on Thursday, Aug. 31. Motorists are advised to use caution and expect delays during the construction project.

HALIFAX COUNTY: Salmon River Bridge The Salmon River Bridge on Trunk 7 will be reduced to one lane for bridge rehabilitation. Work will be completed on Tuesday, Aug. 15.

HALIFAX COUNTY: Kent Brook Bridge The Kent Brook Bridge on Route 224, Greenwood, is reduced to one lane for bridge rehabilitation. Work will be completed on Saturday, Aug. 12.

HALIFAX COUNTY: Beaverbank River Bridge The Beaverbank River Bridge in Halifax County is being replaced.
Speed limits are reduced and posted at 50 km/hr through the work site. Work on the bridge replacement will be completed on Thursday, Aug. 31.

HANTS COUNTY: Shubenacadie River Structure The Shubenacadie River Structure in Hants County is reduced to one lane for bridge rehabilitation. Work takes place from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. until completion on Tuesday, Oct. 31.

HANTS COUNTY: Highway 102 The northbound lanes of Highway 102 in Hants County, from exit 8 (Elmsdale) to exit 9 (Milford) will be closed for bridge repairs, guard rail, cold planing, asphalt patching and asphalt concrete repaving. Work takes place from 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. until completion on Thursday, Aug. 31.

INVERNESS COUNTY: Cabot Trail The Cabot Trail in the Lake O'Law area is reduced to a single lane for repaving and other repairs. Work takes place from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. until completion on Sunday, Oct. 15.

INVERNESS COUNTY: MacKay Bridge (Whycocomagh) The MacKay Bridge on the Trans Canada Highway 105, 200 metres west of Route 223, is reduced to one lane of traffic for bridge repairs. Traffic lights are in effect until completion on Tuesday, Aug. 15.

INVERNESS COUNTY: TCH 105
One lane of traffic is closed on Highway 105 through Melford, Blues Mills, and Whycocomagh because of construction. Work takes place from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. and includes cold planing, paving, and repaving. It will be completed by Thursday, Aug. 31. The work zones are 0.5 kilometres in Melford, 3.2 kilometres in Blues Mills, and 4.7 kilometres in Whycocomagh.

KINGS COUNTY: Highway 101 Highway 101 is reduced to one lane from the Greenwich Interchange (exit 11) to Trunk 12 (exit 13) for repaving and guardrail repairs. Work takes place from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. until completion on Thursday, Aug. 31. The detour is via Trunk 1.

PICTOU COUNTY: Highway 104 Highway 104 is reduced to one lane eastbound from Highway 106 overpass to the end of twinning including ramps at exits 22, 23, 24 and 25. Work, consisting of bridge repair, cold planing asphalt concrete paving and shouldering, takes place from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. It will be completed on Thursday, Aug. 31.

QUEENS COUNTY: Charleston Bridge The Charleston Bridge over the Medway River in Queens County is closed indefinitely due to an accident and bridge collapse. A detour is available from the bridge, south on Route 472 in Mill Village, then east to Trunk 3 and west on Trunk 3 to Route 474 along the Medway River Road, and north to the bridge.
