Trunk 4 at Ben Eoin, Cape Breton Co., will be reduced to one lane for ditching. Work will begin on Friday, July 14, from 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. It is to be completed on Monday, July 31. Motorists are advised to use caution and expect five-minute delays.
