FISHERIES/AQUACULTURE British Virgin Islands Delegation to Visit

A delegation from the government of the British Virgin Islands will arrive in Nova Scotia on Thursday, June 22, to meet with provincial officials and to visit various Nova Scotia resource- based businesses.

Ernest Fage, Nova Scotia's Minister of Fisheries and Aquaculture, will meet with the six-member delegation led by Julian Fraser, British Virgin Islands' Minister of Natural Resources and Labour. The delegation will discuss potential investment opportunities between the two countries.

The group will also visit several fish-processing facilities, aquaculture farms, a boatbuilding yard and other operations in the province.
