Bridgewater to Celebrate 100th Anniversary

Lt.-Gov. James Kinley and Mrs. Grace Kinley will host a levee to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the Town of Bridegwater on Saturday, Dec. 11. The levee will be held at the Lunenburg campus of the Nova Scotia Community College, 75 High St., Bridgewater.

The public is invited to attend the event, which takes place from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Guests will enjoy light refreshments and a musical performance by the Bridgewater Firemen's Band.

"A 100th anniversary is an impressive milestone for Bridegwater and we look forward to celebrating this important event." said Lt.-Gov. Kinley. "We encourage all residents of the South Shore to join us in this celebration."
