HALIFAX COUNTY: Highway 102

There will be a delay of about 15 minutes on Highway 102 between Exits 2A (St. Margarets Bay Road) and 2B (Highway 102) starting today, Oct. 28, at 10 a.m. The delay is due to the installation of overhead sign trusses between these two locations. Motorists are urged to use caution when traveling through construction areas.
