RICHMOND COUNTY: County Line

The Richmond County Line Road is reduced to one lane for pulverization, gravelling and asphalt paving. Motorists can expect delays daily, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., until project completion on Oct. 31. Note: County Line Road will be closed Sept. 14-17. Motorists can detour via River Side Road and West Bay Road.
