Lifeguard Service Update

As a result of high surf conditions and warm weather, the Nova Scotia Lifeguard Service posted two lifeguards at Lawrencetown Beach and Rainbow Haven Beach today from noon to 6 p.m.

The decision to continue posting lifeguards at these two beaches will be made on a daily basis.

Funding for the lifeguards is being provided by the Nova Scotia Sport and Recreation Commission, and lifeguards are being provided by the Lifesaving Society, Nova Scotia branch.
