NEW WORK

COLCHESTER COUNTY: Luther McNutt Bridge

Motorists are advised that Luther McNutt Bridge will be closed, June 21, from 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., and June 22 from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m for maintenance. Motorists can detour via Cross Road to 311, 311 to Cross Road.


INVERNESS COUNTY: Highway 105

Motorists are advised that the Trans Canada Highway 105, Rough Brook Bridge easterly for about 9.4 kilometres, will be reduced to one lane for microsurfacing, starting June 21. Delays are expected daily from 6:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. until project completion on July 2.

CONTINUING WORK

ANNAPOLIS COUNTY: Phinney Bridge

Motorists are advised that Phinney Bridge on Old Mill Road, Wilmot, is reduced to one lane for repairs until completion on July 10. Traffic will be controlled by traffic lights.

CAPE BRETON COUNTY: Trunk 4

Trunk 4 from Loch Lomond Road to Middle Cape is reduced to one lane for upgrading, cold planing, gravelling and paving. Delays are expected daily from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. until completion on July 31.

HALIFAX COUNTY: Highway 107

Various lanes are closed on Highway 107 from Trunk 7 -- Main Street at Forest Hills -- to Highway 118 overpass structure near Burnside from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. for asphalt-concrete repaving. This work will also include ramps at Montague Mines Road as well as some ramps at the Highway 118 overpass. Motorists can expect delays until work is completed on Aug. 31.

HANTS COUNTY: Highway 102 Southbound

Highway 102 Southbound from Exit 9 at Milford, to Exit 8 at Elmsdale in Hants County, is reduced to one lane for guard rail, cold planing, asphalt concrete paving and shoulder gravel work. Delays are expected daily from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. The completion date for this work is Aug. 31.

KINGS COUNTY: Horton Bridge, Highway 101

Motorists are advised that Horton Bridge, Highway 101, is restricted to one lane westbound for sandblasting and repainting. Work is expected to be completed by Oct. 31. Motorists can expect delays.

LUNENBURG COUNTY: Highway 103

Ramps at Exit 13 and two ramps at Exit 12 on Highway 103 will have alternating lane closure for ditching, cold planing, paving and shouldering. Delays are expected daily from 6:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. until completion on July 30.

VICTORIA COUNTY: Highway 105

Motorists are advised that Highway 105 from 0.6 kilometres east of New Campbellton Road, westerly about 4.5 kilometres will be reduced to one lane for asphalt concrete repaving. Also, there is construction on a turning lane at the intersection of New Harris Road and Highway 105. Work is expected to be completed by July 15. Delays can be expected from 6 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. and motorists are urged to use caution.
