Liquor Stores Open Victoria Day

Nova Scotia liquor stores will be open regular hours during the Victoria Day weekend.

"As a convenience to shoppers, we are providing as many hours of service as we can on both Saturday, May 22, and Monday, May 24," said Bruce Rogers, executive director of retail services. "The Nova Scotia Liquor Commission reminds customers to drink responsibly over the holiday long weekend --if you drink, don't drive."

Stores are closed as usual on Sunday. Customers can call the toll-free customer information line for individual store hours. For Halifax-area stores, the number is 1-800-450-5874; for other locations, call 1-800-567-5874.
