Contract Awarded for Highway 125

The Department of Transportation and Public Works has awarded Municipal Ready Mix Ltd. of Sydney a contract for grading, graveling and asphalt concrete paving on an 8.9-kilometre section of Highway 125, from Highway 105 to Leitches Creek, Cape Breton County.

The total value of the contract is $4,967,935.60. The contract was awarded to the lowest bidder following a competitive tendering process through the Public Tenders Office.
