Region's Young Entrepreneurs to be Honoured
The achievements of young entrepreneurs from across Atlantic Canada will be recognized at an awards banquet on the evening of Friday, April 30, during the fifth annual Young Entrepreneurs Going Places Conference.
The conference takes place April 29-May 1 at the World Trade and Convention Centre, Halifax. The event, hosted by the Centre for Entrepreneurship Education and Development, or CEED, promises to be a dynamic information-packed opportunity to meet with success.
The conference is designed to motivate students to explore entrepreneurship as a way of life, to share ideas with other entrepreneurs, and to provide networking opportunities. Seminars, workshops and forums, led by business people, professionals and successful entrepreneurs, will help show young people the ropes of the business world from startup to sustaining success. Young entrepreneurs can hone their skills, share strategies, develop new relationships and apply this knowledge to create a strong entrepreneurial climate and improve the economy now and in the future.
