Spring Weight Restrictions Begin

The 1999 spring weight restriction period on Nova Scotia roads will begin at 12:01 a.m. on March 1.

A list of roads exempt from spring weight restrictions is at district and area offices of the Department of Transportation and Public Works and at provincial scale houses.

The minister has the right to revise the zones, weight restrictions, dates and the list of roads exempted as conditions warrant.
