Intended Applicants for Gas Distribution
The Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board has received nine notices of intention to apply for franchises under the Gas Distribution Act -- two for provincewide distribution and seven for specific areas.
Interventions must be filed with the board by Jan. 7. The deadline for detailed franchise applications is Jan. 29, and a public hearing to consider applications will begin April 12.
