CAPE BRETON COUNTY: Trunk 4

Trunk 4 from Loch Lomond Road at Big Pond toward Middle Cape will be reduced to one land for clearing, grubbing and culvert installation. Delays are expected daily from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. until July 31, 1999.

HALIFAX COUNTY: Cobequid Road

Cobequid Road and Cobequid/CNR overpass on Highway 102 southbound, about two kilometres south of Exit 5 at Miller Lake, will be reduced to one lane. Delays are expected daily from 6:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. until project completion Dec. 7. Wide loads will have to detour to Trunk 2 via Exit 5 at Miller Lake or use Highway 118 at Exit 5.

VICTORIA COUNTY: Seal Island Bridge

Motorists are advised that deck repairs on the Seal Island Bridge will reduce traffic to one lane until Dec. 11. A width restriction of 3.2 metres is in effect for the duration of the work and traffic signals have been installed to control bridge traffic. Route 223 or Trunk 4 can be used as detours.
