Cape Breton County: Trans-Canada Highway 105, North Sydney

Motorists travelling on the Trans-Canada Highway 105 to and from the North Sydney-Port Aux Basque ferry are advised that the speed limit has been temporarily reduced along a 4 kilometre section from 80 km/h to 50 km/h until further notice.

The Transportation and Public Works Department has also installed a flashing caution light near the intersection of Highway 105 and Park Road.

Motorists are asked to observe these temporary conditions, and to exercise caution while travelling along this route during periods of high traffic flow.
