HALIFAX COUNTY: Highway 103

Effective immediately, the speed limit through the 4.7-kilometre section of Highway 103 between Beechville and the Nine Mile River is reduced to 80 kilometres per hour while work is in progress. Blasting and construction continues as part of the project to twin the highway between Beechville and Upper Tantallon.
